1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and uoel ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, browsing or using uoel — whether through the website at uoel.pro, the Android app, the iOS app or any other means — you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including users who browse without a registered account, registered users, depositing users and VIP members. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which together form the complete framework governing your use of uoel.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the uoel platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. uoel is strictly an adult platform and underage use is prohibited under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of uoel or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion period on uoel or any associated platform.

By completing registration, you confirm that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. uoel reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the uoel platform. Creating more than one account per person — under any name, email address or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real full name, a valid email address and a contact number registered in your own name. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your password with any other person.
• You must notify uoel support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• uoel will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account transfers, sales or assignments to another individual are not permitted under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on uoel are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets as listed in your account's cashier section. The available methods may vary and are updated from time to time.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may trigger an account review.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit and may differ between payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your uoel account within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. In exceptional cases, processing may take longer due to network conditions.
• uoel does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before depositing.
• uoel reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if a transaction appears inconsistent with your normal account activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your available real-money balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are shown in the cashier section of your account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, uoel may require identity verification documents. This is a one-time process for most users.
• Standard withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank Transfers may take one to three business days.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond members benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as part of their VIP tier benefits.
• uoel reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal will remain pending. We aim to complete all checks promptly.
• Withdrawals that are suspected to involve fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or breaches of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

6 Betting Rules

Sports betting on uoel covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets must be placed before the relevant event closes for betting. In-play bets must be placed within the live betting window displayed on screen.
• The minimum and maximum stake per bet are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. These limits may vary by event and market type.
• Once a bet has been confirmed via the bet slip, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the user. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or data provider used by uoel. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the match referee or governing body of the relevant tournament.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, uoel will apply standard void/refund rules as displayed in the relevant market's terms. Single bets on voided events are refunded at stake. Accumulator bets treat the voided selection as a non-runner.
• uoel reserves the right to void bets placed on events where it can be demonstrated that the integrity of the event has been compromised, or where a system or pricing error has occurred.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that will be used for settlement.

7 Live Casino Rules

The uoel live casino features roulette, blackjack, baccarat and live game shows, all streamed in real time and settled in PKR. The following rules govern live casino play on the platform.

• All live casino games are operated by third-party game studios whose rules govern the outcome of each game round. uoel displays the applicable rules for each game within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled according to the game studio's recorded data. uoel is not liable for losses arising from a user's own connectivity issues.
• Table minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each live table before you join. Exceeding table limits is not possible via the standard bet interface.
• uoel does not permit the use of external software, bots or automated tools to play live casino games. Detection of such tools will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

uoel offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible market restrictions, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new users completing their first deposit. The bonus amount, match percentage and wagering requirement are set out on the promotions page at the time of offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full using real-money bets before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Minimum odds restrictions apply to qualifying bets — these are stated per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate a bonus offer — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or stake hedging — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.
• uoel reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use on an account.
• Free bets, if awarded, must be used within the time frame stated in the offer. Unused free bets expire automatically.

9 VIP Programme

The uoel VIP programme rewards consistent users with cashback, faster withdrawals and dedicated account management. VIP tier progression is based on cumulative points earned from real-money bets placed on the platform.

• The four VIP tiers are Bronze, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier carries specific benefits that are detailed on the VIP page.
• VIP points accumulate automatically on qualifying bets. The points-to-tier thresholds are set out on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.
• VIP cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to your account as a bonus subject to its own wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise in the relevant tier's terms.
• Platinum and Diamond tier members are assigned a personal account manager. Contact with the account manager is available through the VIP dashboard in the app.
• uoel reserves the right to adjust, pause or discontinue VIP tier benefits with reasonable notice. Existing accrued points and benefits already granted will be honoured at the time of any change.
• VIP status is non-transferable and is personal to the registered account holder.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uoel platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any financial fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous price or system error may be voided.
• Sharing your account access with another individual or operating a betting syndicate through a single account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with uoel staff or other users.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

uoel reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Suspicious account activity, unusual betting patterns or indications of fraud.
• Confirmed or suspected use of a prohibited tool, bot or automation.
• A valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in proportion to the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, at your own request), your real-money balance will be returned after any pending withdrawal checks are completed.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting uoel customer support through in-app live chat. Self-exclusion is also available directly in your account settings.

12 Responsible Gaming

uoel is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for adult users. We provide a set of tools to help you manage your activity on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits can be set to cap daily, weekly or monthly deposits to an amount you choose in advance.
• Session reminders will notify you after a period of continuous activity that you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Self-exclusion is available via account settings and takes effect immediately. Once active, you will not be able to log in or access your account for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Betting should always be treated as entertainment with a pre-set budget, not as a source of income or a way to recover losses.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the uoel platform — including but not limited to the logo, graphics, text, software, interface design, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of uoel or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any uoel content without express written permission.

• The uoel name, logo and brand assets may not be used in any form without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling or automated extraction of odds data, content or user data from the platform is strictly prohibited.

15 Changes to These Terms

uoel may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-app notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
